Order Cancellation
We attach great importance to the product quality of each order, usually we will check the product strictly before shipping, and send product pictures as much as possible for customer confirmation.
After we receive your sex doll order, it may be shipped within 2 hours. So, please make sure that all information on the order is correct before payment. If you want to cancel your order but we have started processing it but it has not shipped, you will be charged a 5% cancellation fee to cancel the order, which will be deducted directly from the refund. If your doll has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or replaced.
Return Policy
1. If the doll has already been used, no replacement, no refund;
2. If your doll arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours;
3. No refunds will be given if the original packaging is damaged or discarded by you, as the doll will be damaged during the return shipping;
4. Different makeup and different clothes will make people look different. The most important thing is that everyone has different aesthetic standards. If you think she is different from the picture and ask for a refund, we will not accept it.
